  • vanilla - 1 tsp.
  • coconut milk - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • coconut oil - 1 tsp.
  • coconut flour - 5 tbsp.

How to make

Beat the egg with the sugar and vanilla. Add the coconut milk and then gradually add the coconut flour. Mix until smooth.

Heat a non-stick pan on high heat. Grease the pan and pour a tablespoon of the mixture into the pan for small pancakes.
